3 cup strawberries
1 cup butter (room temperature)
1 cup sugar
1 egg
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 cup flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1/3 cup strawberry jam
2 oz. cream cheese
2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll the dough into balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 8 minutes. Lightly tap the baking sheet to flatten the cookies, then bake for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- 6
Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, hot milk, vanilla extract, and the remaining strawberry powder. Adjust consistency with additional milk if needed.
- 7
Dip cooled cookies into prepared icing or drizzle icing over the tops.
